Kristofer is a seasoned chef with a passion for culinary excellence that has taken him on a journey across continents. His career began in California, where he honed his skills in one of the state's finest kitchen. Inspired by the book and diverse food scene and driven by a desire to push his boundaries at Manresa three-star Michelin restaurant. 

  Kristofer sought new challenges and opportunities for growth. His culinary journey led him to Copenhagen, Denmark, a city renowned for its innovative dining scene and commitment to sustainability. At Amass, In Copenhagen, Kristofer embraced the principles of Nordic cuisine, incorporating local and seasonal ingredients into his creations while exploring new techniques and flavors.
His time there allowed him to refine his craft and develop a deeper understanding of the relationship between food and nature.However, Kristofer's thirst for new experiences and cultural exchange was not yet quenched.

He embarked on his next adventure in Singapore, where he found himself at the helm of resturant named "Air," a prestigious restaurant. Located just outside of the heart of the bustling city-state, Air is renowned for its avant-garde approach to fine dining, blending traditional techniques with modern innovation to create unforgettable gastronomic experiences.

At Air, Kristofer thrives in an environment that encourages creativity and pushes the boundaries of culinary artistry.
